According to the usual practise, the first deposit is paid at the time of signing the constract, max. 7 days later, and the last payment is made when you get your property´s Title Deed. Any payments in between are a matter of mutual agreement. We discuss the payment plan with every individual client to fit best your requirements and financial possibilities.
